Naya Vida allows you to create a custom piece that’s truly meaningful and one-of-a-kind. Instead of choosing something off the shelf, you get to be part of the design process — selecting the style, stones, metals, and details that reflect your story. It’s personal, intentional, and crafted just for you. My goal is to make the experience enjoyable, creative, and memorable from start to finish.

Yes! You’ll receive a 3D rendering or CAD design to review before anything goes into production. Your piece won’t be created until you’re completely in love with the design.

Every piece is crafted with care. Our custom jewelry pieces generally require 4-6 weeks to complete from the beginning design phase to a completed product, depending on the detail involved.

To start the design process, there’s a $150 initial design fee. Once your custom design is created, I’ll provide a personalized quote. To begin production, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining 50% is due once your piece is complete. I’m here to make the process easy and transparent every step of the way.

All of my custom pieces are made with solid gold (10k, 14k, 18k), platinum, and high-quality diamonds and gemstones— either natural or lab-grown, depending on your preference. I do not use plated or filled metals for custom work.

Absolutely! If you have a family diamond or gemstone you’d like to incorporate, I’d love to work with it as long as it’s in good condition.

Once your piece is finished, it ships within 2–5 business days in the U.S. Shipping is always free, and you’ll receive full tracking so you can follow your jewelry home.

We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping for our jewelry creations. Please reach out to us to confirm whether we can deliver to your specific location. Please be aware that your country's customs department may apply additional charges, such as custom fees, import duties, taxes or other applicable fees. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for any customs-related fees or issues.

While I don’t sell insurance directly, I always recommend protecting your jewelry through a trusted provider or your homeowner’s/renter’s policy. I’m happy to provide an appraisal, which can be submitted to your chosen insurance provider to help facilitate coverage.

Of course. I offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of receiving your ring (up to 1–2 sizes). If your design has any resizing limitations, I’ll let you know beforehand so there are no surprises.

Returns are available on many of our products with some exceptions listed below. For returns, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can contact us by email. Please be aware that the return needs to be shipped back to Naya Vida Jewelry within 14 days and meets the requirements detailed below to be eligible for a refund.

Return items will be checked by Naya Vida Jewelry to confirm that they have been returned unworn and in the same condition as they were sent. Following this, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Which products are excluded from the refund policy?

The following items are excluded from our refund policy and cannot be returned:

• Personalized items, customized items and items that have been made to order.

• Items that have been worn or are not in the same condition as when they were shipped.
